1. General Information

2. Shop at krackonline.com

To buy in Krackonline you need to register as a customer and accept the general conditions of purchase set out in this section. Registration and acceptance of these terms implies conformity with the product, its features and its price. Krackonline agrees to ship products based on their availability within 3 to 5 days for Spain and Portugal orders, and 7 and 10 days for international orders and Canary Islands, always within the legal maximum of 30 days. In case of unavailability Krackonline agrees to notify the customer in the shortest time possible, and seek a mutually agreed solution with him, either to make a change for another product or for a full refund.



3. Guaranties

All products available in Krackonline.com have a two year guarantee time. In case of disagreement with the products received or in case of defect, the customer is entitled to a free exchange for another article with similar characteristics or full refund with no extra cost.



4. Returns and changes

All orders have a minimum resignation period of 14 days from the receipt of order. Krackonline.com extends the right of its customers within 365 days to make an exchange or a refund.

The return will be free, only a cost of 5 euros will apply in transport for returns from home. This amount will be deducted from the total to be refunded, independently of the number of items returned. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the collection of the package. In case of unjustified delay in repayment of the amounts paid, the consumer may exercise their rights under the law.

Customers may exercise their right of resignation for all purchases made, regardless of the quantity and amount, after notifying the resignation within the statutory period of 14 days. For the extended deadline of 365 days, the customer can make up to 10 returns per year.




5. Claims

Customers can send their complaints both by post to Krack Zapaterías S.L. with address at Place O Pazo, number 48 ( Mourente ), Pontevedra ( PC 36164 ) and by email, to cliente@krackonline.com . All complaints received will be answered as soon as possible.



6. Personal Data protection

In accordance with the rules governing the protection of personal data and services of the information society, we inform you that your email address and other personal data are part of a file for KRACK ZAPATERIAS, SL, and will be treated to ensure proper service of orders, and for promotional and / or advertising purposes.

If you want to exercise your rights of access, rectification and cancellation of your data and oppose the prescribed treatment or revoke consent previously given, you can send a letter to KRACK ZAPATERIAS, SL, accompanied by a copy of the official document attesting your identity through the cliente@krackonline.com email address, indicating in the subject line the right you want to exercise, or by post to O Pazo, 48 36164 ( Mourente ) Pontevedra (Spain).
