In which cases can I return my order?
The requirements to accept your return are:
- That the items are not used, not stained, and have not been damaged.
- The item is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, and in its original box.
- The processing is done in the next 365 working days of the purchase.
Can I change the color or size of the article received?
To make a change in the characteristics of the item you received, you must make a return and buy back the product. In physical stores Krack, you can make the return (without charge) or exchange items purchased online.
What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
Contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.
Are there any restrictions to return the product?
You may only return up to 10 items per year per person.
