How I can check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order in your client area, in the section Order History. Also, you can call us at Customer Service (+34) 900 402 005 or send us an email to customer@krackonline.com 

What should I do if I receive a wrong or detective order?

If you ever get an item that does not match the request in your order, or has some kind of defect, please contact us via email customer@krackonline.com or call us at (+34) 900 402 005. We will pick up the wrong pair and give you the new pair in the shortest time possible. If the item was not in stock the reimbursement of the corresponding amount will be made. 

My order has not arrived within the time indicated. 

We always try to meet the expectations of our customers and offer the best possible service, so we want that your order reach in the shortest time possible. Still, sometimes arise internal and external issues that prevent us from fulfilling the approximate time that we indicate in our web. Can I choose the time of delivery?

Our shipments are managed by the transport company. If you want to receive your order at a specific time, please tell us and we will report to the transport company to try to adjust to the specified delivery schedule. In the event of be absent in delivery, Seur will directly contact the recipient to schedule a new delivery. 

If I live in the Canary Islands, I have to pay DUA tax?

Customs Canary can apply an additional cost in the form of tax at the time of delivery. For orders over 100€ Krackonline takes over the reimbursement of this payment, you just have to ask for invoice at the time of collection of the tax and mail to customer@krackonline.com.

What happen if my country is not on the list of international shipments?

If the country from which you want to buy is not on the list we provided, please send us an email to customer@krackonline.com to consult the conditions and shipping costs. 

What happen if they retain my order at the customs office of my country?

Krackonline will not take assume responsibility for the treatment, costs or withholding of goods by the customs office of each country.
